Included on unit, also activated during spray, is the high powered UV light which is an added layer of cleaning efficiency.

A: Open the front of the lid, and take out the internal bottle. The bottle will have a cap that you unscrew, where you can fill the unit with any liquid substance, non gel.

Q: Does this hand sanitizer dispenser work with various types of products (Liquid, Gel, Foam)?
A: The nozzle style selected during purchasing will include the nozzle selected on the dispenser (Default is Spray Style - Liquid Output). If you wish to purchase additional different nozzles for using this same dispenser to use with different types of sanitizer, this option is also available.

Q: What do you fill this touchless dispenser with?
A: This Auto Touchless Hand Sanitizer Dispenser come with a "Spray Nozzle" for Liquid type hand sanitizers. Should you need Gel or Foam style output, the option to select specific nozzle is available per question above. 

Q: Does this unit accept 60% or 80% alcohol based sanitizers?
A: Yes this unit works with 60%+ alcohol sanitizers, as well as other liquids (see other FAQs)

Q: Do I need to dilute the liquid before filling the dispenser?
A: Liquid sanitizer or soaps and foaming sanitizer or soaps do not need dilution. Gel sanitizer or soaps do (see above)
