A: Open the rear of the unit, and take out the internal bottle. The bottle will have a cap that you unscrew, where you can fill the unit with any liquid substance, non gel.
Q: Does this unit accept 60% or 80% alcohol based sanitizers?
A: Yes this unit works with 60%+ alcohol sanitizers, as well as other liquids (see other FAQs)
Q: Do I need to dilute the liquid before filling the dispenser?
A: No, Liquid sanitizer does not need to be diluted.
Q: What brands work with this dispenser?
