All timeframes, dates, and times listed herein are local to "Pacific Time Zone" United States.

Can I place bulk orders with SanitizeFX™?
YES! Bulk orders are welcomed and available. SanitizeFX™ currently fulfills bulk orders for some of the major hotel chains, theme parks, cruise ships, and various large corporations. Case and point, SanitizeFX™ is equipped to handle large orders.

Can I order for someone else?
YES! When ordering for another person or business, please inform SanitizeFX™ of this before placing an order. This information will need to be reflected on the invoice. Note: All credit card orders MUST be shipped to the name and addressee on file with the credit card. Should this be an issue, another form of payment will be required (Bank Transfer, Check, or Direct Deposit).

Do you offer dropshipping of orders placed?
YES! SanitizeFX™ does offer dropshipping services for businesses and individuals alike. We ship from the address closest to the destination address per details listed here.

Can I become a dealer/distributor or reseller?
YES! SanitizeFX™ is currently accepting dealer, distributor, and reseller applications. More information on this is located here.

Do you have enough stock for my order?
YES! SanitizeFX™ stocks large amounts of all products offered at various locations, to include, but not limited to: East Coast USA, West Coast USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, or Dubai.

Are your products in stock?
YES! SanitizeFX™ products are in stock company wide if they are listed as "In Stock" on our website. If a specific product is mentioned as out of stock at a specific warehouse or shipping location or as backordered, as mentioned in the item above, the item is not considered out of stock, it is merely "location backordered" while we transfer stock between warehouses. 

What are your stock levels?
SanitizeFX™ has a rolling stock of all products. Stock levels are constantly changing between warehouses and shipping facilities. Due to changing levels, we can provide an estimated stock level at the time of request.

Can you hold stock prior to placing an order?
Out of fairness to all clients and customers, SanitizeFX™ does not hold stock without the following on file:
• Purchase Order
• Purchase Agreement
• Dealer/Distributor Contract

Do you offer terms for large orders?
At this time, SanitizeFX™ may offer terms on a case by case setup or for clients with a contract on file.

Do you offer discounts for Government Agencies, Bulk Orders, Churches, Military, Veterans, Non-Profits, or First Responders?
SanitizeFX™ overall offers competitive pricing compared to other retailers. Any discounts, or special pricing requests are specifically reviewed by management. 

What forms of payment do you take?
SanitizeFX™ accepts all major credit cards, check payments, bank transfers, direct deposits, Zelle, Paypal, and Venmo. (Note: Check payments are required to clear completely before any product is shipped.)

When will my order be processed?
All products purchased will be processed for shipping within 1-3 business days. This excludes holidays and weekends. Furthermore national and regional holidays that fall on a weekend and are observed on the Friday before and/or the Monday after are al so considered holidays. SanitizeFX™ Offices and Warehouses are closed on ALL Holidays and ALL observed Holidays.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
YES! All tracking numbers are emailed to the email address on file when purchasing your product. This is the same email you received order receipt and order information at. If the email entered is not accessible or entered incorrectly, you will not receive the tracking number. In the event you have not received any contact from us via email after ordering, please check the spam folder. If email(s) are not there either, it is likely the email entered is incorrect.

Why does my order have multiple tracking numbers?
Some shipments may be shipped in multiple packages for various reasons, to include but not limited to: 
• Products shipping direct from different manufacturers
• Products shipped from different warehouses
• Products specific to their shipping boxes
• Shipping configuration and processing

Why did I only receive part of my order?
